Desktop Warranty

Most PC Laptops Desktop PCs are covered for the lifetime of the system. The PC Laptops desktop lifetime warranty includes phone support as well as parts coverage.

Who's responsible for shipping?

If the hardware system is defective within the first 30 days PC Laptops will cover the costs shipping the item back. If defect is found after the 45 day period the customer is responsible for shipment to and from PC Laptops.


Laptop Warranty

Customer support will be provided for however long you own your PC Laptops laptop computer. Parts are covered by default for 2 years, and additional coverage can be purchased via the upgrade center when you configure your PC Laptops laptop.

PC Laptops will update you three times during the order process: 1) when your payment is accepted, 2) when we begin building your system(s), 3) when your order ships. To track your order, simply create an account using the email address you placed your order with and log-in to the "My Account" panel.

4) Where do I download my NVIDIA drivers?

NVIDIA video drivers can be downloaded from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us make sure to select the proper video card series.

5) Can I update my order after it has been submitted?

The only way an order can be updated after placing it is by calling PC Laptops customer service at 877-596-7283.
